ABOUT GSR METHOD
GSR is an author's technique developed by Dmitry Ustinov as a result of more than 25 years of practice in psychology, gestalt, yoga, classical constellations and many other areas, exploring the inner world of a person and its potentials.
Based on experience, numerous studies and proven results, the GSR technique was born. Unique, stunning in its capabilities.
Today, everyone can get acquainted with the author's GSR methodology and begin to apply it to work with themselves or other people, gradually expanding and gaining skills, getting to know more and more deep levels.
Currently there are 8 modules available in GSR.
Each module:
allows you to master the unique skills of working with the inner world (subconsciousness) of a person, expands his consciousness and leads to his own depth and purity;
gives specialists and their clients new opportunities for the most effective solution of his questions and problems.
The existing sequence of familiarization with the levels of the GSR methodology is recommended, however, some modules are required to master the more complex skills of the subsequent steps.
As the system grows and specialists gain experience, it becomes possible to transfer more and more profound mechanisms of work at new levels.
